Dans Dans is one of the acts that ignited my love affair with jazz music. It happened a couple of years ago when they played at the Narodni Dom Maribor for the first time. This past week they did it again. And I for sure wasn't missing. Dans Dans is a music collective from Belgium and it consists of Bert Dockx on guitar, Fred Lyenn on bass guitar and Steven Cassiers on drums. They are described as one of the best in Belgium and beyond. They play jazz without stuffiness, rock without blinkers and avant-garde without pretentiousness and they did not disappoint.
