ABOUT ME
I see myself as an avid mountain biker, hobby photographer and an outdoor person in general. I love travelling around Europe, discovering not so popular places.
My fascination for photography was ignited when my wife and I bought a Canon point and shoot camera. It expanded the possibilities over the previous point and shoot film cameras we owned. The next spark was a purchase of a DSLR. A Pentax K10d to be precise. Over the five years or so I gather many photos taken with it, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the system.
A friend of mine told me about Fujifilm. I was thrilled when I saw the retro looking cameras full of promises. My first Fuji camera was X-E1. Damn it was nice. Now I use X-Pro2 and I am not looking back.
At the moment I would say that I love taking photos of landscapes and macros of bugs and small animals. However, I also like taking photos of people and different events.
